Pros

It does what the big expensive POS that the floral industy has at a more affordable price. If I have a question they are very responsive.
Apart from being a great service, I am impressed with how quickly they are able to turn around and change features when we being a request.
This system is always being improved. One thing they just added was the ability to call the delivery customer with a push of the button in the field a great time saver.

That said, I have been told that the errors that I claim to be in existence are not there, by a manager, in effect, calling me a liar.
The lack of customer support it’s very hard to get them to understand issues.
They check in often to ask my opinion or if I have any problems.
