Pros

I must say that we are happy to take such decission. We use this on the cloud software for our rent a car company, and we are growing thanks, among other reasons, thanks to this solution.
Very good software with perfect customer service almost all of my requests were very quickly resolved.
The customer service is excellent and that's important in situations when I need help quickly. I also like how easy it is to use.

Pros

Cons

Poor on Parking fines management. Poor on Checkout and Checking procedures.
We are based in a location with unstable internet so sometimes we are forced to register reservations on paper and then enter them in the system when it comes back online.
The admin dashboard can be complex to find some settings to change and can be hard to navigate sometimes.
