Pros

Customer service is amazing. Have not had to call them in years over an issue, yet they do reach out to me to ask for any suggestions on improving their system.
Ease of use and fantastic customer support. Functional features, from inventory control to tracking sales, that make running our business a successful enterprise.
It has been a wonderful experience from the start. The inventory tracking, the invoicing, Quickbooks integration, time clock, rewards program, and the list goes on of all the awesome features.

Pros

They have a great training plan setup and ready and their project management was excellent.
After 7 months, I have a good feeling with Sana Commerce. Great customer retention program.
The price quality ratio is very good. Stable and steady solution.

Cons

Only con is the fear of web being down or my local internet service not working and if that is the case not being able to run my store. This is has never been and actual issue though.
We’ve had some trouble with lack of negative in our inventory a few years ago, but it’s been fixed ever since.
We recently had a budgetary conflict from when we built the budget to now with the renewal. Our rep worked with us so closely that the conflict was non-existent.

Cons

Sometimes pinpointing the cause of errors is troublesome.
No customizations can be made on Sana (just NAV or other ERP).
It is difficult to establish business rules, as well as to develop them due to their high cost.
