It saves me time which saves me money. Above all it keeps me organized, professional, and sane!
They actually listen to their customers, upgrading the software to fit our needs as requested. Saves time with smart scheduling, doing confirmation reminders for you, and condensing everything you need to run your business in one app, which saves you money and sanity. They have different plans to fit your needs and you can switch it up on busier or slower months. Literally everything is in one place-...
My only issue had nothing to do with the software, but more so with me moving from completely paper to technology. There was a learning curve for me, but it's easy to catch on when you get in and pay around on it. They offer to transfer all your client info from one program to another, but mine was only on paper, so it was a long and tedious process to add everyone. Once that was set up, it's been a breeze. There's so much this app offers, I'm sure I don't even use everything yet to its fullest potential.

MoeGo has helped take so much off our plate and given us everything we need to keep our customers and our mobile techs happy.
Their customer service is top-notch! They always respond, respond quickly, and answer questions thoroughly. They take note of and implement customer ideas, and roll out improvement after improvement of their already great software.
Can't think of much negative to say at all, except I wish they integrated with our other apps, which would be extremely helpful.

We used to use Google Calendar along with Google sheets along with a reminder third-party service. Now at least it is all in one place. So for the most part we are all pleased.
I like a lot of the features end it has the potential to be absolutely fantastic in time.
Simple functions only work in certain views. I have a list of all of the small ins and outs I am constantly sending these dysfunctions to support and typically hear that the team is working on it. I feel that it is built for one person one mobile. I have employees in several mobile’s and need it to do more than it does. Although I pay for premium service

I love the ease of using Moego. I use Moego for both my brick and mortar location and also for my mobile grooming. Moego literally does everything for me.
The product is easy to use and easy to pickup on. The customer service is top tier. My questions are always answered quickly.
I would recommend adding a boarding feature for those salons that offer boarding services.

MoeGo is the very best software for dog grooming! We own a grooming salon and are growing so fast. MoeGo is having no problem keeping up! We recommend it to any groomers in our groups who are looking for a new way to organize and run their grooming business. AND...The customer service is excellent. I have never had to wait for more than a minute for my question be be answered! Use MoeGo...You will not regret it!!
There is really nothing that MoeGo does not do wonderfully!

I like this company! Their response time is great. They are always listening to what us groomers would like for changes. Sure we're still waiting for the new rollouts but I know Rome wasn't built in a day. I would like to see unlimited text messaging and read text notations happen but again they know this has been requested.
I need retail categories, I sel merchandise.

Been using Moego for years for my business and it is awesome
Would love to look up dogs by breed. In my area I get notifications when someone finds a lost dog and it would be nice to look up Schnauzer and see all the schnauzer’s I groom and look to see if it is them by contacting the owners

Its been an amazing experience, being a fairly new customer, i wish i switched over sooner though!
I love the customer support and the Colorful app, I love the Ease of the app !
I wish the desktop wouldnt open so many windows, This really needs to change. I find the desktop time consuming.

i really enjoy the app and how responsive the cudtomer service is when I need it.
I had just opened my Mobile dog grooming business. I was the only one there to start up my company. I cant begin to tell you how thankful I am that this app was outy there I tried several with only added frustration to my stressed life. I couldn't seem to keep up with everything. I found Moego through Googling "Mobile grooming app" OH MY GOSH!!! This app saved my life and got me to 5 employees strong now! This app does everything from schrduling in the same area so I dont drive all over the state lol to reminder CALLS and texts get sent out to avioid cancelitions due to the customers forgetting.
The price to add another Bus is a bit pricey for it to do the same as it has been doing. I was hoping it would keep track of the mobiles I use. Like mileage and maintenace. Whos in what unit for that day etc

it's great for accessing a LOT of info on your clients and their pets quickly. Rescheduling and rebooking are a breeze and the notifications feature is great for keeping clients in the loop.
I bit the bullet and PAID for an app for my mobile grooming business. I'm glad I did! Both the desktop and mobile versions are very robust, but I prefer the mobile version. I like that you can access notes on your grooms, upload a picture of the pet, and add notes to both the record and the individual appointment. I like that you can text or call via the app and the ease in changing an appointment...
The desktop version requires appointments to be made for each pet separately, where the mobile app lets you pick and choose the pets from a list, as well as the services each of those pets will receive, prior to setting the date and time and automatically factors in all of the times needed for all services in 1 fell swoop.

MoeGo has been fantastic. I started my business and initially went with a different software-it was right before MoeGo came out. I tried contacting that company to suggest things that I needed. There was no response. I was using a pencil and paper book and that other software. With MoeGo, I was able to ditch the paper book and have everything I needed right in the app. It’s very easy to use, you can get directions and contact the clients right from the app. And customer support is amazing.
It’s very user friendly Customer support is amazing, they listen to what their users need and accommodate.
I wish there was a space next to the pets name after you check the pet in for grooming notes. Or if whatever pets at that house were selected, the pets name would automatically drop down to the ticket notes for that day. It would help with multiple pet households.

Moego has made my mobile business run so smoothly and look professional towards my clients! They’re always there to help if I need it no matter how big or small the problem is.
Functionality, new client intake form, policy agreement, online invoices, appointment reminders.
I like the route configuration but wish it was easier to edit and move appointments around it afterwards. I’m not really sure how to use the smart scheduling.

From the start everyone has been prompt and pleasant in answering my questions. The ease of use, time saving. I don’t have to do reminder calls and spend time texting the clients of their appointments on my time off. Major organizational and time saving app!
I love this app! I was able to start booking and tracking routes the very first day on the road. Start up was fast and easy. Was able to import contacts and start booking right then. I can move between functions with ease. Was able to book with out a bunch of steps. And being able to send an agreement of polices to be signed amazing! Love this app.
Cell service providers can cause slow downs of app. Bouncing between towers can cause frustration, but that’s the same with any app. I would say that there is nothing wrong with this apps programming.

Our business loves MoeGO we never really have and issue with our appointments. We reach our customers very efficiently and fast.
They are very easy to use nothing too complicated. Customer service replies very fast and is helpful.
I would say a con is having to deal with cancelations, but it helps us reschedule our Calander

I love the fact that MoeGo streamlines everything for me. It’s simple to use and helps me stay organized.
Honestly, there’s nothing I don’t like about the program… Every time I’ve ever asked for a feature to be added they have been over backwards to do it. The customer service is amazing.

No more missed reminders, it’s stopped my no shows by 98%. Live the book online option too
I started using Moego over a year ago and today I don’t know how I ever lives without it. It saves me time from doing reminder calls, routing the appointments for efficiency and replaces client cards if they get lost or damaged. My groomers know their schedules, can block off days and keep track.
The only con was putting all the client info in when we started. It was a bit time consuming. But not entering info for new clients is easy!

We would not be as successful as we are without the use of MoeGo. They have helped us understand the importance of routing, rescheduling, and client communication.
We like MoeGo because of their ability to improve their functionality coming from patron ideas. They are constantly “under development.” This shows that the business is investing in themselves.
Is wrong to say that they are always “under development?” There seems to be a laundry list of improvements, and some take more time than other. The payment options should occur through MoeGo. Rather than going out of MoeGo to Square, then back to MoeGo when the client pays. Our Multivan business is posing some concerns with MoeGo.

There is no better app available to use for mobile grooming. Just a pity, we in Australia do not get the same benefits as everyone else.
How easy it is to find what you need and using that function. The overall features, making it the perfect dog grooming app.
Not all features on the app, are available in Australia even though we pay the same as countries it does work in. Texting via the app, is available but then you can not utilise all the same in app functions like the 'ask a review' option which has follow up auto prompts.

The software (as it is web driven) works based on your internet connection... however it is extremely responsive, easy to format, intuitive, and easy to use. It is also extremely easy to customize your pricing and services. The rep has been extremely accessible to help me fix glitches etc. which have happened usually largely due to my own error.
Still some growing pains, but the support team is extremely responsive. It is geared largely towards mobile groomers, however, its features tailor easily to storefront.
