Pros

Value for money, great analyses, tailor-made beauty salon software, good customer service. Very helpful tool to analyse our sales, follow the staff's turnover.
Love the software it’s so easy and can log on anywhere phones iPad and computer I love it.
Absolute value for money, easy to operate with fantastic punctual support. Having used many other software systems in the past I highly recommend Neko for value for money.

Pros

Overall Experience with IntelliHR has been great, super easy to use as a beginner, customer service has been wonderful, they often reply really quickly.
He is very upbeat and his energy is catchy. He knows the system back to front and is wonderful at training and in suggesting best ways to plan and to get the best use from the system.
The support she has given us has been amazing and extremely positive and rewarding. They have helped us get where we needed to and more.

Cons

Doesnt notify you when running out of credit therefore stops sending reminder texts to clients with no notification. Doesnt alert you if client replies to a text other than Yes or No.
Sometimes I find I've entered the wrong curreny and can't change the sale without cancelling transaction and starting again.
Consistently unhelpful, it’s a work it out yourself approach. So if you’re not tech savvy, expect to struggle.

Cons

That there isn't an option to show leave balances and apply for leave through the software (that isn't a manual process), linked through to our Payroll system.
The only downside I have found is the time it takes to input old data into the system.
No Recruitment module and or LMS module and was something I was wanting.
