Pros

Ease of use and customer support that is superior in this field. We have had other POS systems and this one works like it was promised.
Outstanding, intuitive and Easy to use. Having come from a retail background , this POS is so easy.
I like that the Rezku team is proactive and works to ensure that updates are added and proven when given input about better features needed.

Cons

When I got back to where there was internet service, the payments would "push" through. It was one less thing I had to worry about.
My only issue is that there is no tools or resources for the host stand.
The first few iterations lacked functionality which then delayed our implementation a few months.
