Pros

If I need help with something a friendly consultant from Neto is always at hand, always polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
Fantastic customer support, I love having an onboarding team and account manager. Once I'd figured out how to set things up it wasn't extremely difficult and I could always ask someone for help.
The ability to quickly speak to a friendly and helpful human that tries hard to interpret what you need has made all the difference to me as a solo operator.

Pros

Our overall experience has been good with Americommerce. The customer support has been very helpful.
There are a few good things about Americommerce. Their customer support staff is friendly.
It is user friendly and even a novice will be able to navigate while professional sellers will delight in the various options.

Cons

Payal only works half the time and they have a major issue with Afterpay payment system not working. Software is hard to use hence why they get away with charging a time to fix things.
A massive increase in fees and a move to US dollar billling to Australian companies, so poorly handled, there have been numerous complaints to the ACCC and the small business ombudsmen.
The money we not only invested into Neto thru subscription fees, but the cost of having a customised website and system set up for our Neto operation is now completely wasted.

Cons

No customization, primitive filtering, no DOWNLOADING, and the designs are horrendous. File management is a glorified FTP interface.
The orders were processed via a simple email script that would send the order to the office to be charged and filled.
Americommerce doesn't store entries on the site, so once it sends that admin email, the entry is gone forever. Ve been burned badly by this.
