Pros

The pop up interaction for our customers has been like a funnel leading them to sales. We really love the style of it as well.
Their UI is really good and the animation of the countdown timer is really great cheers.
Excellent app and a great support team. I like the ease of use it simple to install and it is there and looks great, I like when apps do that.

Cons

Sadly I experiences lots of issues that caused that the plugins that I was paying for didn't worked as they should, so I stopped using it.
There is a little problem when you have no sales you can setup dummy sales. But these eventually say "something was sold 10 days ago" No social pressure there.
The fact that they left Shopify is my only problem.
