Pros

Excellent tool , the customer service and support is outstanding, our customers love the paperless operation.
The best benefit is that it streamlines our workflow into one elegant solution. Since I am gushing in my review I feel compelled to say that I am a real customer and I am not paid to write this.
LOVE THE TECH SUPPORT STAFF BTW!!! They are so responsive and have gone out of their way to help us be successful in implementing this software into our company.

Cons

Lack of option to customize and there are no local address option while adding Customer Information.
There is no doubt that this is the future of drycleaning. You can tell that it is a new company.
We actually bought another one before Cleancloud, unfortunately after 6 months we were still having trouble with it. We then switched to Cleancloud and were up and running within minutes.
