Customize fields which is super important because there are certain things that we keep track of that is unique to us and wouldn't necessarily be popular fields found in CRMs.

I love that it's built like an Investment software so many of the fields are already related to Finance which is right in the alley for Insurance. And my favorite feature of all is the Reminder.

Quicklist feature at the top is super helpful for people you regularly need to contact. Templated notes makes note taking for things like tax season really easy.

The reporting area is the most-complex, time-consuming, difficult, complicated, horrific, stressful thing I've ever witnessed in my 30+ years in the workforce.
