What I like the most in PHP POS is the easiness usage. The UI is super intuitive, an optimized for touch screens. Also the deployment is really straight forward.

The expenses module is not usefull. Can´t get when I would use it.

Flexibility and ease of use. Multiple users. Limited data viewing for users.

Still lacks sourcing database.

Accessibility, you only need a web browser and a switch in order to have multiple POS in one location

Using barcodes in a high traffic environment sometimes can make the operation slow down a little, specially when you have a lot of product in a single transaction

Easy to use for sales, customer tracking, inventory tracking. Software is reliable. Have not experienced crashed or lost of data in over 5 years of use.

A bit hard to upload new product list. Wish there's an easy way to do discounts instead of going through each product individually

Continuous improvements are made. Customer requests are evaluated and often implemented. Bugs are fixed. Use is easy. Downloadable.

Could use purchasing upgrades and some more user customized reports in other areas and more importation to financial programs

I like the responsiveness of the product and the flexibility, from small to mid-size businesses, suitable for all retail industry.

I don't think there is a least likely for this software, works perfect for me.

integration with stripe is great feature; also the commitment to upgrades is solid, so easy to get up and running with economical equipment

The software is really well thought out with lots of useful features and functionality, it has the feel of a mature project that has been developed with care and attention to detail. The support is fantastic, the developer is extremely responsive and helpful and has even added customizations and extra functionality with no extra charge.

There is very little to dislike. PHP POS didn't quite sync with our woocommerce website at first, but the developer was really helpful and worked with us to resolve that problem quickly and easily.

Easy to use and excellent platform with great customer service, any time I have needed help they have been there for me.

I can't find any cons at the moment, everything runs flawlessly but if I happen to think of anything I guess it's that the fees can be little high.

The ease of use is the best. Employees have no trouble getting started. It is very straight forward.

It is very user friendly and was one of the few POS that had just about everything we were looking for and needed.

The fact it is web based is probably one of the only troubles we have had. If our internet goes down then we need a backup web source in place.

It makes it very easy to track sales for sales tax reporting. It is very user friendly. Sales dashboard is great!

Reporting functions for other inquiries are somewhat difficult. Sometimes trying to mine data is cumbersome. Recent change to supporting the cloud only version is difficult since we have the server based product. Will most likely be switching to cloud soon.

platform is very portable. I am able to use computer, phone and tablet. Easyt to log on and log off. Able to add users, and access a variety of customer records.

reports could be better. Many reports concern distributors and input of product dates and money. Would like more reports regarding interaction with customners that could help boost repeat business and help with customer interactions at point of sale.

Very bad translation. Scale doesn't support the default calculation method (weight*price). Don't support units and units conversion.

Does not function if the internet is down. Dollar discounts are subtracted from payments but not from category reports.

Some of the customer search queries only show last 6 months invoices. Inconsistent data returned in searches

hi! Thanks for the review. When clicking a customer on customers module by default it shows 6 months; but you can filter the report to have a bigger date range. Could you describe more about searches?
