Great program thus far

Pros

I am new to QuickBooks, and haven’t figured everything out yet but I love it so far. It integrates with my website and has more features then I will ever need.

Cons

Setting it up properly can be a bit tedious and frustrating at times however that may be part of what makes it a great product.

The software is archaic. Constant inventory mgmt and report accuracy issues.

Customer support is terrible. The phone call will take an average of 2.5 hours. The support reps (including upper levels), in most cases, do not know how to correct the problems that arise. Several times, the reps have made serious mistakes which forced our shops to be closed for several hours. It seems that for every problem we have with the software, it creates an inventory issue. This software is absolutely not appropriate for multi-store use.

User-friendly, but sometimes buggy with other systems (i.e. loses communication, etc). usually a quick resolve as customer service is helpful

Not the best program I have used

Pros

What I like most about this app is the fact that I can access it from basically anywhere. I no longer have to be on my computer.

Cons

To be completely honest, the desktop version was much better. I encountered some confusion and when I called to get help, it was nearly impossible to talk to someone.

Cons

QB is unreliable and frequently infuriating. Our computer tech is always having to go in and fix glitches, which strains our relationship as co-workers.
