I able to use one software for all the functions - Billing, Stock and online orders. All the module are very usefull for us.

Printer configuration is little complicated

Easy to edit the item, add the item, manual work is so easy.

The cut off time to edit the settled bills can extend to 7 days which is 3 days right now.

Easy to use, Easy to configure. Very less expensive, Excellent reporting features Excellent restaurant and banquete features. Excellent Service and Support from its technical team. The support team follows up on a timely basis if any complaint or request raised. Overall I would like to give this product 10/10. Excellent training providers. They don't say drop a mail or raise a request on the service desk if I ask any time to support. Any time I call, I get support on call then and there for anything related to POSist. Very helpful and supportive people.

Not faced yet. I did not face any issue or any thing which i dislike or like least.

It is an end to end centralised application with state of the art functionalities. Support team is quick to revert, highly recommended.

Lots of new features in POSist now for integrations like the order tracker app is very useful for using online orders in offline modeMenu management are superb now for both Swiggy and Zomato aggregators

We can create an item with item key's which help us to search an item quickly during the billing.

We sometime face The Print utility issue so the Printer should run without Print utility in Posist.

POSist has a good feature in the POS like ( CRM , Reporting , Stock) and it is very easy to understand and use. provides good segregation in admin and user permissions which keeps our data secure Also online features are much good.

As of now nothing to share in least, but one suggestion please remove the dependency from browser.
