I am totally satisfied with pos service mainly in Stock management system this is so much useful.Also we recommend all frieds to use posist Billing and stock management

Pros

Vey much useful for stock purpose.and for GRN it is so good to use and for purchase ordering as well.

Cons

Sometimes we face difficulties while connecting the customer support.so it would request to please increase the bandwith so that it will be easy

i am totally satisfied with this software and all the function work like smoothly. so i am so much happy with using this siftware.

Pros

Mainly the best thing is the kot and REporting function. like as per the customatizion all the report is predefined and we can check all the details in report. also all the kot tracking details which we can find easily.and the logs which done any changes we can track easily way.

Cons

Support customer care number always getting busy. this should be improve in this software. so that we can resolved all the issue on timely.

The software have been a great help in operating my outlet, it allows us to keep track of each and every details real time.

Pros

The user interface is really friend which allow even the staff to operate it easily. The reports have been so designed which allows us to keep the track of all the information required.

Cons

We have using the software for more than 2years and till we haven’t found anything which is not compatible, there are issues on comeson daily basis however the support is there to resolve it 24/7

Ease for billing, I like the reports section specially Daily sales reports. Stock reports- for entry and vendor details.

Pros

Billing is smooth on POS. More happy with new table layout. Reports - Billing & stock reports.

Cons

As of now there nothing to dislike but I wish the bulk publish of data will be more faster.

Pros

The Reporting and the online ordering are very good and work smoothly. We can settle the bill in any payment mode. There are multiples of features available I am still learning those feature.

Cons

As of now no cons. If I will feel any cons in future then I will re-share the review.

Customer support agents are very helpful and they have full knowledge of product when we stuck so they helped out us.

Pros

We are happy to use the POSist product, it is very easy to understand and use.

Cons

Sometimes we face the issue in the integration but after connecting the POSist support it resolved timely.

Have been using Posist since 2017 July (earlier in some other organization) and now in Veruan. No problems faced whatsoever. No other software comes even close to the Posist experience.

Pros

Everything about Posist is just awesome. Easy to use, easy to customise, excellent reports generation and to top it all- the best in the world Customer Support. They are available 24*7 to assist their clients with any problems they may come across.

Cons

Not Applicable. Everything about Posist is just great.

Easy to use POS for large restaurant chains

Pros

We have been using POSist since 2018 for our billing and stock management. The product is extremely easy to use for the store managers, without any hassle we have been able to implement the product in 15 outlets of our restaurants across India. Also, the reporting and analytics in the cockpit app have been very useful for our central teams in improving our operations.

Cons

POSist has been working great for us, we have not faced any issues with the product.

All the modules are integrated together and have exception functioning of the POS. Report and Analytics are really usefula nd easy to use.

Cons

Reports for long durations sometimes comes to email but that's okay as they can scheduled on email.

Overall a great solution for a company to go for to handle restaurants pos, inventory and centralised connected warehouse management for purchases and transfers.

Pros

Easy Operations, Simple to use, Cloud based technology, Centralised management and ability (open API's) to integrate with latest other technologies.

Cons

Little more better functionalities in terms of KDS handling and centralized enterprise level reporting.
