The Void bills and kot reports is so helpful. The User rights can be manageable through the Posist software.

Almost everything at our place is done with the help of Posist so we really have benefitted from their product.

Team is very happy with the POS and also very happy our management because they have live report for all the stores in their mobile phones.
They have integration with Swiggy & Zomato. which make our operation very easy.
Every thing is perfect there is nothing which we can least. They have full restaurant features POS.

Easy to use, user friendly, remote location access work. Reporting is very easy.
I like the smooth billing process, where the data is very easy to handle. The reports are self explanatory.The data security is up to mark.
As of now no such feature which i thing is least but they improve on editing the bills duration.

Anything we are updating at the brand level for the menu and other admin task , Its reflecting on quick basis. Good Feature of online menu management.
Categories Should be bifurcated into 3 part Main Super Head, Super Category and then Category, Rest is ok

The support agents are very polite and resolve our query. and there are multiple feature are available ( CRM, Stock reports, Billing Reports) which help us to run our operations
