Outstanding support from the Posist team with all day and night support available. The software also supports Android and IOS for report purposes as well as billing Purposes.

Good configuration PC requires to run the software if you are using too many systems to punch items for the billing.There is nothing to dislike in Posist Restaurant POS.

We can get all the required modules and features in POSIST that are required by any restaurant.like- reports , billing, menu management are easy to do.

Some time, We are not able to connect with support team .

There are so many reports that Posist provides through which we can analyze our data and make our future decisions.

Their loyalty program is not that strong so we had to look for third parties for the same.

Reporting, Billing and stock module is very good to use. We can check the sale on daily basis

No dislike as of now, But some time hard to connect the support team.

Sometimes it takes time to reconnect to the help team - The wait worth the will leave you with positive , i believe , total satisfaction , just wait if you have to

Easy application to understand and fire orders. Managers and Stewards find it easy to operate and manage both dine-in and online orders. The application has all the required restaurant operations in a single page, making restaurant work easier.

No disliked as of now; we have been operating the application for a few months and didn't face any issues. Some issues were there, but it has been resolved as of now no issues and no dislikes.

Good for billing process, its easy to use, Customer care are always available.

Swiggy and Zomato integration is much better then other Pos players

Sometimes support not answering, rest all fine

User friendly POS system, very smooth operations

Printer utility need to upgrade and customer care service should be improved, sometimes its take time to connect on call

Posist is one of the software which is very easy to use from POs point of view and management point of view also.

Sometimes no one from customer care number respond back on time.
