KDS stages is really good, We can bump and send the order for 2nd stage , 3rd stage.Quality of support level is very good. Specially [sensitive content hidden] is knowledgeful and knows everything about their application.
Now we are using this application for almost 4 years, Everything is working fine.

It has been exceptional. People to people contact is what has made this solution a gamechanger for us. We started with one property in the trial phase and now we have POSist running in all our hotels with restaurants.
ny isssues we have are taken care of by the support team. Teach team is also very forth coming in finding / building solutions as per our custom needs.
Reporting date range limits to download reports. Goes to email which adds extra time to the process of looking at data.

Exhaustive application to encompass all business requirements of a QSR
The backend inventory monitoring is a bit tactful and requires lots of manual inputs which leads to errors.The platform is not beginner friendly.

I liked the Technical Support provided by the POSIST team, the quick and timely support provided even during the off working hours
The communication lines , the only means of communication provided to us was a toll free number and chat support through onboarding tool
