Pros

User friendly, good price which is important for me; appreciate the new app update so can do more.
Ve been using rosy salon software for a few years now and I wouldn't want to use any other salon software. The customer service is excellent and super helpful if you need help with the program.
The system is great and they have a very responsive customer service line. Definitely the best salon software system I have had the past 20+ years of working in the nail salon industry.

Pros

Sales are a breeze and pulling reports is very easy with the improved user interface. The cloud-centric features are very nice too, offering seamless integration across devices and platforms.
The product is easy to use very very user friendly and it really convinient good over all point of sale.
A great company, with solid reputation, with a good name brand product.

Cons

I had come from a spa that used Millennium, and that was such a confusing program, and because it was installed into our mainframe, we had various problems and times when we were without service.
Pay someone to help you migrate. It is necessary and you will be up and running quickly, without losing customers or have problems that devastate your business.
My client had a different software when I started consulting for them a few years ago. We struggled with it for 2 more years, and they had it a few years before I came on board.

Cons

We never had this problem with Microsoft Point of Sale. Fourth, and worst, QuickBooks drops transactions and changes the quantities of items in inventory.
Customer support is terrible if you finally get someone, many times they made changes that ended up affecting the operations in a negative way.
Our experience was so horrendous that QuickBooks refunded the entire amount we had paid for their product after hearing about what we had to endure.
