Pros

It has been a very positive experience. We managed to go paperless on our shop-floor, which makes it a great tool for a company like ours with records on paper, some of them unreliable.
Prodsmart is a dynamic and versatile software. Excellent tool for production planning and excellent tool to calculate the efficiency of production at every moment.
This gives me the ability to price with much more accuracy my products. The other great aspect of Prodsmart is the real-time management.

Cons

The inability to work without internet acess, and the loss of information caused by the impossibility of imputation of data by workers during this period.
It should have some sort of mirror database in the customer facilities in the event of internet access failure; to allow offline usage.
500 errors, having to go to multiple places to track a transaction - I usually have 6-8 open Prodsmart tabs at a time.
