Fairly happy with DaySmart

Pros

Our office likes the ability to use DaySmart on their phones from home as well as at the office so if they need to book time off or schedule something in we can do it remotely, its easy to use and makes check out and rebooking very simple.

Cons

Wish there was a way to take customers credit cards and charge them if they no show or late cancel. If there is we have not been able to figure it out. Wish there was a better way to add in specials, deals or promotions.

Pleasant

Pros

Clients can book their appointment from home at any hour of the day which is beneficial to the client

Cons

I would love to have the option for booking friendly with an assistant. I have to book Color’s separately with my assistant and cut with me so everything has to be adjusted when a client books online
