Experience with SerVme

First of all, the customer service and specially Christelle who is always available to help at anytime along with the SerVme chat team. Secondly, the easy way to use SerVme Finally, the way it facilitates reservations and access to guests data

Cons

That we cannot delete a contact and we cannot prevent a double booking at the same number, same time at different outlets

Servme a great CRM tool

Pros

The feature of personalized guest tags and the way we can create special events and can promote them through the online widget links to highlight the venue happening to our potential customers

Cons

The integration with the MICROS is a great feature that we see in Servme which can be a great tool to get the accurate guest history as we were not able to do it in our property due to various technical issues at both ends in the past but would be happy if we can get it done now at the earliest

1. Ease of Use 2. Customer support 3. Extensive reporting 4. They have a knowledge center with all tutorials 5. Cheaper than other table management platforms, serVme is a fixed fee, all online bookings are free

the team is 100% there for you , anytime , they take care of every detail and help you understand and train you to use the product properly.

Cons

I cannot think of one . except for the time difference that may be inconvenient in case of facing an issue during working hours.

We would like further enhancements to the digital menu, such as integrating with the supplier who makes changes to our Digital Menu.

Effective and Efficient Reservation System

We have 3 separate levels in our Restaurant and we had to stop our online reservations in the past as the guests can make bookings but they do not have the option to specify which area they wish to book. From the last update and discussion with the team, we had already resolved this issue and they now have the option online for us to customize our profile and add a disclaimer stating we have 3 separate levels. After the changes on our online profile, we now get information about where the guests wish to make the booking and helped us to book them at the correct level. This was just one of the requests we asked the team for assistance and they helped us to resolve it. Overall, we are happy with them and how they give special attention to our venue requirements.

Pros

We've been using the system for more than 4yrs now and we can say that it is user-friendly, accessible anywhere and anytime, with a great support team.User-friendly in the sense that you can easily add a booking without clicking a lot of things on the screen which saves us time to accept another booking. The system also helped us create campaigns and directly share them using our database in the same system.The system can also be downloaded on your tablet, computer, and most especially on your mobile phones which is really handy if in case we have to make some simple amendments to some of the bookings outside the venue.Lastly, their team replies really fast whenever we require support and keeps us updated with new features of the system.

Cons

Very minimal requests from time to time in relation to the personalization of the system but not so much required as the system itself is already enough for our venue to operate.

SerVme offers unparalleled personalization, ensuring each guest's dining experience is unique and tailored to their preferences. What is also good with SerVme is it evolves with the industry, staying ahead of trends and offering new features. In terms of support, if there are any issues with the platform or if there are things we're unsure about, the company's support team is accessible for assistance.

Cons

The Instagram BOOK NOW button would be a great help for our restaurants and bars. Also the emailer system can be improved with more templates, flexibility on sending emails, scheduling and filtering the audience.

SerVme - Perfect Reservations Tool

SerVme is an easy-to-use reservations software, it is the perfect tool for operating the clients' database as it helps maintain data related to our guests since it saves all the details and notes from previous visits, thus making the booking process fast and hassle-free for both the guest and the operator. Also, SerVme is continuously improving, the support team is always ready to assist and solve issues in a fast and efficient manner.

Pros

SerVme is user-friendly and makes it easy to train new employees, enter reservations, track them, and follow up on any client-related data we might need.

Cons

If I have to write 1 con it would be the glitching from time to time which I think has more to do with the unstable internet connection

Cons

Mobile app could be improved. To reserve a booking or find a guest by name or contact number. Not able to book for multiple days.
