I like that it can swipe the drivers license and all the information is pre-populated for you from the ID. It makes move in so much faster! I like the different options available for saving credit cards on file.
You have to go in and out of different screens to be able to access the information you need. It would be easier to me, if the tenants and payments had the same functionality between the screens. I also feel that if the facility is a 24hr facility, adding a "time" feature in the reports screen for choosing stop and end dates, would be beneficial in the ability to show the beginning time from when the day was closed and payments and such to show after the day was closed.
Thanks so much! It might help to review reports together - they already show time stamps, not just dates. As for Tenant vs Payments screens - most clients just use Payments because it already shows all tenant details. Thanks so much! Team SiteLink

I do not have that information
Believe it or not, I use to do everything manually, and my boss did even more bookkeeping manually ( as I was not involved with reports for the Accounting) This has certainly eased the paperwork burden. As there is no printed or online manuel I rely on Tech support to answer my questions. The Tech support is excellant!
I do miss not having a manuel. Just for reminders on actions that are done so infrequently that you need that little push to remember how.
