I relied on it when I had just one store, and now, with 15 stores, it remains indispensable. By design, the system streamlines your operations, resulting in cost savings and more customer engagement. The team continuously updates and enhances its features. What's more, the system is modular, ensuring it adapts to your business needs. The support and installation team is exceptional.
Some functions are still in the works, but the fact that the SMRT team is actively working to improve their product and the fact that they listen to the needs of their customers speaks volumes!

SMRT- has made a huge positive impact i my business in the short time I have been using it. Support from [sensitive content hidden] has been nothing but stellar and super responsive. [sensitive content hidden] answer my question and solve any issues almost immediately. they are extremely knowledgeable about their product and are overachievers, working nights and weekends to make sure my business is up and running at all times.
Very modern and great looking user friendly interface. SMRT is unmatched in helping me run my highly sophisticated, multiple location business. I have multiple stores, multiple routes, complex billing, multiple discount promotions, many price rate, different brands, many employees, and much more. SMRT handles all these multiple moving parts with ease.
some features I would like are not ready, but most of my needs have been met to run my multi location, highly sophisticated operation with lots of moving parts.

I love the customer communication. Route tracking is top notch. Assembly conveyor is very reliable, cost effective and efficient. Customer billing is very simple to customize.
Easier to train new employees. The ability to create custom reporting. Positive customer feed back.
Hmm. Nothing comes to mind. I was actually surprised to find that SMRT has more good features that are "hidden". I guess I would have to say that I would have like to know about these features sooner. Not really a compliant.

Horrible experience
Basically the company installed the software and wouldn't help with any pricing lists. Because the ulchsrges are basic upcharges that cannot be used for all items ,I am not able to use the system. I have tried over and over to get the technicians help me solve the matter all I get is the run around. Every month I am being billed for one hundred Nd fifty dollars for a system that isn't even working for me.
Lucky fir me that my original software is still operating or i would have been in alot of trouble. I do not recommend this to anyone. Don't believe that they are available to help you 24/7 once they got you hooked you are out of luck

It is very easy to use, and train employees.

It is a fantastic system. We are happy that we made the move from Spot. If we had to do it all over, we would have requested more training and prepared ourselves better for taxes, financials, and pricing issues. We still have to figure out the restoration part of our business.
More user friendly than Spot. The use and functionality of navigating through customer profiles and sales reports . The texting communication with customers and route features.
The bag tags for route cannot be printed at time of bagging. Mass emails to tell customers about holiday schedules or snow days when route is canceled.

Great people called me every day to see if I needed help.
Software is been great to my company due to the fact that it’s easy to use value of the price and integrates everything that I needed from bagging racking,contacting my customers via text.
To tell you the truth nothing yet maybe if there were some color pictures of garments instead of chess I don’t know how to put it signals are signs of garments may be alive pictures are color pictures of a sweater of the tuxedo leather pants more color.
