The user interface intuitive and easy to navigate for new users or experienced users. The management tools like Streamlined customized KPI’s and graphs provide quick crucial info on the fly. I am excited to see what new features SMRT will release next. It will only get better with more users contributing their good ideas to the platform.
Intuitive interface Very easy for new users. Previous system required lots of training and oversight to ensure people were using the POS properly.

Between the software and the team, my experience is always exceptional
Ease of use - transitioning from retail, to restoration, to financials...etc is always a breeze. If I have any issues navigating, SMRTs team is always there to help.
That I only have it available for my dry cleaning business

The move was exciting and not filled with pressure. The SMRT integration team was helpful, courteous, and kind. At the end of the first day Our customer service team asked why we hadn't made this move sooner. Customer service has improved through texting and email.
Page loading speed - being able to switch screens within a users operating level Easier to train new employees - ability to work more efficiently
Only one week in to it. So far very impressed and confident that this is a great move going forward.

Horrible experience
Basically the company installed the software and wouldn't help with any pricing lists. Because the ulchsrges are basic upcharges that cannot be used for all items ,I am not able to use the system. I have tried over and over to get the technicians help me solve the matter all I get is the run around. Every month I am being billed for one hundred Nd fifty dollars for a system that isn't even working for me.
Lucky fir me that my original software is still operating or i would have been in alot of trouble. I do not recommend this to anyone. Don't believe that they are available to help you 24/7 once they got you hooked you are out of luck
We regret the negative experience. We are happy to have resolved the billing concerns quickly and to the client's satisfaction. SMRTsystems wishes their team and business the best.

My experience has been great, from customer support to implementation.
The software allows is to connect with customers the way customers want to be reach. We have been able to grow our pick up and delivery, improve communication internally and externally.

Love the people involved with SMRT. Super easy system to train front counter staff and production staff. The SMRT team is a group of forward thinking people and always willing to listen to new ideas.
SMRT is super simple to use and the technical support staff is always available and has a solution ready!
Any cons are offset because SMRT will work with you to adapt the software as much as they can!

Great implementation team, great upgrade to modernize, great communication between user (our company) and our clients. Ease of use, wardrobe options, great depth of detailing.
Ease of use, increase in operating efficiency.
Inability to send mass text/emails, additional charges for texting on top of monthly station fees. Unable to upload photo detail.

It is very easy to use, and train employees.

Their support during our remote conversion from another POS system was the unbelievably good. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was absolutely fantastic to work with and I can’t imagine a conversion going smoother with no one on site from smrt. Everyone we worked with from start until today has been a pleasure to work with. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] stands out as well as [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] as someone I dealt with directly that exceeded my timeline and service expectation each and every time.
It’s very intuitive.. will make training of new staff much easier and quicker

Ease of use. Dashboards are great. Not too compact. Customer Service is exceptional! They'll do whatever you need in a timely manner, friendly staff. I am really happy with that.
KPI report generation. I still find it hard to create reports on my own through the system. The staff is always helpful though.

I wish there was a way my CSRs could use the system without always having to log in and out this way I can better track everyone's transaction to help with accountability and training opportunities.

Now my customers can receive texts when their orders are done. I used to have to stop what I was doing and text customers and now, it’s automated. I’m looking forward to being able to extract customer info to use for analytics and marketing.
It’s very fast to learn. It is already streamlining our take in process and we’ve only been using it for 4 days. Super excited to have it.
The amount of time put into converting our data from our old system must have been very extensive. I’m it that familiar with the software yet but I have a great deal of respect for the techs that put this together.

I love the efficiency of SMRT. It is an easy system to learn and train on and will help keep track of customers clothes throughout production.

SMRT is exactly that it’s smart. Organizes everything very well. Very intuitive. Great communication with the customer.
The route software is truly amazing it basically does it all by itself. Now if it could drive the van. Lol.
I think it could be better at writing an order to a customer on the spot. Number one complaint is not getting a ticket at drop Off.

The training and support team is very responsive! My only complaint is that there were several people involved at first and it was difficult to figure out who was in charge of what. Once we got through that, it was great!

SMRT streamlines the whole process and every activity is traceable, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Interface is simple and easy to use for all levels.
Sometimes the reports we pull are inaccurate, like the daily piece count, but support is always there to help adjust and tailor reports to our needs.

It is a fantastic system. We are happy that we made the move from Spot. If we had to do it all over, we would have requested more training and prepared ourselves better for taxes, financials, and pricing issues. We still have to figure out the restoration part of our business.
More user friendly than Spot. The use and functionality of navigating through customer profiles and sales reports . The texting communication with customers and route features.
The bag tags for route cannot be printed at time of bagging. Mass emails to tell customers about holiday schedules or snow days when route is canceled.
