The ability to set reporting is also a huge plus. Once set up the way you want it, it becomes second nature and its ease of use is superb.

The online ordering with direct tickets to kitchen and bar is a huge advantage this system has. It had increased both revenue and efficiency.

The product is easy to use and has great customer support. Its easy to make changes on the fly.

The team is very overwhelmed and sometimes we have just not received follow up, follow through or accountability on issues. We have had a few customers complain that the OLO App.

Business Developement

It's annoying when I'm eating at a restaurant and it takes my waiter so long to put in orders, print checks, etc. I see them struggling and I want to go install SpotOn myself right then.

On top of that, with the cash discounting, we are saving tons of money.

I have had to place stop payment on them and stop using the credit card machine in order to stop the bleed. I literally have called and emailed each and everyday for months trying to get a resolution.

I love the ability to access all of our reports and access the BOH from anywhere. Now that it is all cloud-based it allows for greater transparency and the ability to make changes or adjustments from anywhere and at any time.

Horrible service

Jeff, this is not the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the issues you faced with implementation. Could you please send the best phone number to reach you at to clientengagement@spoton.come? We want to rectify the situation or be a sounding board for the troubles you experienced so we can ensure this doesn't happen in the future. Thank you. 

Good a few rough days and since my rep left the company not many people have reached out to stay in contact with our business 

Learning curve 

The screen is sensitive you have to learn where exactly to click it takes getting used to but does have what we need which is hard to find for a restaurant at this price. Many POS serve retail based clients which doesn’t work for a restaurant with all the modifications and custom orders.
