Pros

Square for Retail is super easy to use and set up but surprisingly robust and packed with features. You have almost everything you need to seamlessly manage your business.
I like how easy it is to create a great looking online storefront. Clean and simple design options, easy to add/delete items, keep track of inventory, and an endless list of benefits.
I appreciate that this system exists for business owners as I use it often when shopping locally. I rarely carry cash around anymore, so it's super helpful to have a system like this to utilize.

Pros

Overall we are happy with the system as long as they have customer service agents like Thomas that are helpful.
Their inventory management system is awesome. It's definitely a good fit for retailers such as myself.
I loved that this product has so many different features like payroll, scheduling employees and booking appointments.

Cons

Their fees are insane, and they will close accounts without warning.
It requires internet connection, so it cannot be used is there is poor or no network/wifi or you cannot hotspot. Fees can sometimes be pricey on the business.
It easily satisfies our need for a payment processor, but we struggle to get it to do much more than that even after years of use. We've had trouble updating inventory and printing barcode labels.

Cons

I had a lot of trouble with ease of use with my previous pos provider as well as being able to contact my provider when software errors occurred.
The owner and all employees are extremely rude. So much potential but a lot of kinks.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I notice there are alot of positive reviews about this company , and I also notice they are all quite old, not from anyone recently.
