Mark: My name is Mark, and I am an owner in the photography industry, and I give Swift Galleries a five out of five. So I used a number of different products prior to Swift Galleries, one of them was Infolio, and one of the problems that I had with other software is that it wasn't as comprehensive as Swift Galleries. It didn't allow me to bring in some of the frames and allow the different templates to be able to effectively do in person sales, and to make sure that I had a comprehensive product for my clients. So that would be the biggest thing. I chose Swift Galleries because it is a super comprehensive program that allows me to effectively do in-person sales. Especially in the season that we're in with COVID-19 and all the measures that we're taking, it allows me to get in front of my clients remotely, it allows me to effectively sell my products, show them exactly what it's going to look like on their walls, and it's a win-win for me and my clients. So I'm extremely pleased with what I have and love the product and love the support as well. Integrating Swift was pretty easy. I think the biggest piece of it was actually going in and making sure that I had all the templates I had to upload, the templates from the labs to make sure that I had the correct product sizes, the templates, all of the things that would be, and what I needed to show my clients. And then I did a few tutorials to learn and make sure that I understood it. But other than that, it was really simple and easy to use, and very effective. And I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to share with my clients. So if you're a photographer, I highly recommend Swift Galleries. It's a great software, it's a great tool to make sure that you're doing in-person sales, which again, is another thing that I feel, as photographers, we should be doing. Making recommendations, showing clients what it would look like on your walls, but it's a must have. I love it, I use it, and I think it'll be a great tool for you as well. Thank you.

Swift Galleries has definitely made a huge difference to my sales process. I wouldn't be without it. Customer support is very personable also, they are real people, not a faceless corporation. Keep doing awesome job folks!
I LOVE that I can show my clients how different sizes and products look on their own walls. It is the most useful thing ever. Helps enormously in decision making.
If I have to choose something, I don't use the slideshow feature because I make my own outside of Swift Galleries. However a new feature now is that you can import your own slideshow! Swift Galleries just keeps going from strength to strength!
Hey Marla, thanks for your kind words. We're so glad we can continue to deliver awesome customer service and new features for you!

Customer service is good. It needs to be made more robust as listed above for viewing. It takes a while to build your product lists, once you do that is done though.
Room view is super easy, text me a picture, and upload it using the link, super easy!
I wished I could make the picture any size I wanted and it not be limited to the sizes I have already placed in the system in advance. Because obviously we can get about any size from our lab, and sometimes I need to tweak the size, even though it is not in my normal offering, I can still get that size and create a gallery for it. The system will not let me size to a size I have not already pre-determined and built in my collections. Alos. I have not have any customers yet want to review the galleries or send me a room of their home. I have offered and tried, and nothing. I think it's good but I am not probably using it to the best of it's capabilities. I do not use Swift Galleries for the actual slide show and viewing at all, I use Lightroom, because there isn't various categories to use when selecting. There is not enough variety to star options, like LR has. it just yes or no. I want to mark ones the love and separately and leave the others for possibility. Or categorize by a color label who wants that (grandma or mom) etc. It just does not have enough robust filtering through the images, so I don't use it for that. Also, it does not offer any cropping to show the client. If a client is looking at a shot and they need to see what it would look like cropped to another size not in the aspect ratio, you can't show that. I think it's great at room views, but the rest lacks.
Hi Stephanie, thanks for your honest review! We do agree that our yes/no for choosing images is much more simple than LR, but we did built it to help you move quickly through that process, because we all know that a slow or stalled meeting trying to make those choosing decisions can really slow things down and give clients decision fatigue. As far as getting clients to review/send room photos, take a look at the Path to Printmaker, I think the Learn module might be the best place to start. As far as cropping, when you place an image into a product in the designer, you will edit/choose the crop. Crops are not available when you're choosing images, and they are not available in the add-ons section for non-wall art.

The swift gallery team is amazing, customer support just incredible. This is a relatively new program and when they update the design platform, it's going to be a force to recon with! Until then, it's a huge pain to do simple things like switching images takes a hundred clicks through all these weird menus. One of the most odd things is creating and scheduling "opportunities" before I can start playing around with ideas with my client. I don't understand what the point of all that is, just wasting more of my time.
It can show circle products on walls! It's easy to calibrate uploaded room views.
Designing wall galleries is painful, not intuitive and extremely tedious. It can be done, but I wish it was user friendly drag and drop like n-vu. The included rooms are awful, ugly and unprofessional. Plan to invest several hundred in better rooms.
Thanks for your review! We're sorry you haven't found the workflow intuitive. We'd love to get on a call and walk through your use case to see what may work better! You may also not be using keyboard and double-click shortcuts in the designer. "Opportunities" are for sales meeting, but if you're just creating something to show a client without adding other products and checking out, clicking Design from inside that client area will do the trick - design and save any suggestions there and you can download and share.

My overall experience with Swift Galleries has been phenomenal! They’ve saved sales for me, helped create countless new sales, instill confidence in myself and what I do, helped me with selling and business tips via their Path to Printmaker courses, and has been an integral part of my business as a whole. It’s easy to use, and I enjoy it even as a creative! It’s so much fun making different mock-ups for clients and your website! 😍 Thank you Swift Galleries for helping me so very much! 😊
I love everything about Swift Galleries! Seriously, they are the best. I had a client who had chosen 2 canvases worth $3000, based on a wall mock-up of her bedroom wall, with plans for her wedding one later this year. Well, she was repainting her room and was talking about changing her order completely. I met with her again in person and talked to her and then showed her the mock-up once more. She was in love again and decided to not change it at all. Because of Swift Galleries, I saved a big order and now that she has the two canvases, while anticipating her one from her wedding this May (2019), she is beyond excited and in love. I have mock-ups on our website of different walls and photos because of Swift Galleries. It has been one of the best tools in my business! 😍💕
I don’t know if this is covered already, but the one thing that bugs me is that the resize tool for the templates won’t let you choose sizes that aren’t in that product type. This is slightly annoying for custom sizes. But other than that, I’m sold for life! 😍
Hi Jessica, thanks for your honest review! We're so glad Swift Galleries and the Path to Printmaker have been helpful tools for your business; it's really why we do what we do! You're correct that we do not allow you to resize products to sizes you do not already have built. We're talking about other ways to handle this going forward but don't have concrete plans. What we want to make sure is that you don't offer (and sell) a size that either you can't deliver on, or a size that comes with a huge customization fee you don't have factored into the price if you just base it on similar sizes. Thanks so much for all of your interaction with us over the years; we're excited to see your photography business continue to flourish in 2019!

Can I say I love you guys even more? I was practically rock bottom (professionally speaking) very close to being introduced to swift galleries. I was thinking I was going to have to go back to teacher (AH THE HORROR) or get a different job in order to provide for my family. It was such a depressing time because obviously if i were to do something different then I'd get less time with my family. You guys have given me the tools to legitimately have a "work at home profession" and be there for my family - which was what my goal was all along, right? I've done countless webinars and followed so many photographers to try to get THE SECRETS to having a profitable photography business - but now??? I'm that photographer. So thank you!!! :)
This software has changed my life. Seriously. Gone are the days that I feel like I'm not good enough. Using this software has made me THE professional to my clients. It's also given me a larger purpose to my business. This has been hands down the best thing I've EVER done as a photographer for my business. The subscription fee is so nominal to the amount of money that I've made from using swift galleries and the personal business coaching that it provides is so helpful. In the year that I've been using swift galleries I've made the most money that I've ever made as a photographer. I can't imagine not using swift galleries!
There are some aspects of the sale meeting that I don't like - maybe it's because I'm not spending as much time in the sale meeting as I do in the design phase. For instance, when customers want to make changes to the wall gallery I can't figure it out and often times have to go into a separate tab to make the changes, save the suggestion, and then go back to the IPSmeeting. I also wish there was a way to totally create a gallery with your client just in those cases they don't like what you've created or the gallery creation goes a totally different way while with the client. But again, maybe this is because I spend less time in the sales meeting aspect rather than the design phase.
Kaitlin! This is amazing, thank you so much! We've had such a blast watching your business grow and it's only just begun! Thanks for being a member and a friend. :) Also, you can totally do all of that stuff you mentioned (design during the Sales Meeting, etc.), let's jump on a call and I'll walk you through it.

Great experience! I have been using the software for 3 years now and it has helped me increase my average sale! Customers are happy with what I propose through the software and buy it!
Swift Galleries really makes my business stand out. Customers are WOWed when I show them their walls and the new photographs arranged in the perfect size and configuration. I plug my laptop into their tv via an HDMI cable. During the sales session, we are able to make changes to the configuration and they pick the exact images they want on their walls. Swift Galleries allows me to sell exactly what the client wants--the ultimate service! The industry insiders will tell you to buy ProSelect. But they have been in business for years (when ProSelect was the only option) and have their workflows built around ProSelect (which, frankly, is cumbersome.) They have no reason to try something new. But now, we have options! Swift Galleries is affordable, and easy to use, and works for today's photographers. An added bonus is the training and facebook group support that is included. You have regular access to the couple who built the software. They answer questions, host live video chats, answer questions and provide real support! And they are great people!
One challenge that I haven't figured out yet is how to save the wall designs that we create in sales mode--like when a customer wants to choose from option A, B or C. I end up making screen shots and showing those.
Thanks for the honest review! We're so glad we can help you and other photographers, and appreciate your noticing and acknowledging our time and work we continue to put in every day. Make sure to upvote the feature request for saving a suggestion in a sales meeting if you haven't already - it's something we're looking into for 2019!

I like all the features it offers for an affordable price. I like that you can keep up with clients and cull through their images, and clients love that I can add their photos to their wall to see what it is going to look like before they buy!
I don't like that when you go through the images and clients choose which photos they like and which ones they don't like you cannot see the number of images they have selected to keep. I always get the question "ok, so how many photos have we said we liked?" and then I have to go and manually count each photograph which can lead to me miscounting and it is time consuming. It is also tough once you choose the images they like and don't like to go back from the designer to the compare window. Sometimes I have clients that will change their mind and they want to see an image the decided against the first time up on their wall, I have had times where I lose all the information in regards to what they culled through and it looks unprofessional on my part.
Thanks for your honest review! When you can, I'd love to get on a call with you about how you're using Swift Galleries and what you're doing in terms of needing to know the number of yes/no images. In case there's any confusion, you can put No images into products and put them through the whole order and the order will still be completed, so you do not need to change a No to a Yes to be able to include it in an order.

Swift Galleries strikes the perfect balance between features and footprint. It's got everything you need (and nothing you don't need) to help you and your clients design print collections for their home, whether you are meeting in person, or remotely on video. If you are looking for a tool, and a plan with concrete, manageable steps to help you provide better value to your clients, and more sustainable revenue for yourself, this is the tool you should consider.
Like most tools, there are some places where the interface can be inefficient - more clicks or context switches than I'd like. The developers actively seek out feedback from the user community, so I expect the interface to evolve with successive updates.
Thanks so much for the honest review, and the perfect review title! We're so glad you see our continual work toward the best product and appreciate your kind words. We'll continue working hard for you!

My overall experience is super lovely. It allows me to create, share, and sell wall galleries to my clients in a systematic, organized way. It is a one stop shop for in person sales and behind it is a wonderful educational training system to help photographers learn more.
What I love most about this software is that the customer support is AMAZING. They are always responsive to my questions, so that I can utilize the software to its potential.
If I had to pick one thing is that I'd love to be able to have the ability to enter different mat sizes for the length vs. width.
Thanks for your kind and honest review! As far as the mat sizes, I know exactly what you mean. I made and posted a YouTube video that might be helpful for you - for now, spring 2019, it's a workaround, but we have some updates up our sleeves, hopefully by the end of 2019, that will solve the mat width issue for you!

I truly think that the executives are there to help me succeed, they are upbeat, real and a great asset to my business and I'm sure to many other photographers too.
I knew I needed to show not just talk about what I wanted to sell and Swift Galleries made that possible. Being able to place my images on actual walls helped my customers gain the vision I already had. I'm excited about their new payment plan app.
Only being able to sell wall portraits or wall collages. I think there was a work around but I didn't have enough time to explore that.
Thanks for the review! I think maybe you're talking about non-wall art? When you set up a sales meeting (in the client area click on Opportunities, with a shopping bag icon) and go through the sales meeting, add-ons is a section in the checkout. So you'll add any wall art to the cart, click to checkout then add any non-wall art (we call them add-ons) and finish going through checkout. Email or chat if you have any other questions - we're always happy to help!

Swift Galleries rules!
I love how simple Swift Galleries makes IPS for me. It is very user friendly, easy to set up, and has a great work flow to it. The couple times I ran into hiccups when setting things up, the team was so helpful in remedying my issues quickly. Swift Galleries is a great, more affordable option for IPS photographers!
Partial payment options so I can collect half down, and some kind of credit card scanner so I can scan cards instead of typing (and maybe you can and I just don’t know how!)
No Sara, you rule! :) Thanks so much for the thoughtful review, it really does mean the world to us that you'd take the time to leave it! The partial payment option is a compelling one, I'll talk with Cyrus and Whitney about it! Not sure the physical card swiper is something we'd be able to do, but I do like the idea! Chris

I can show my clients how their portraits look like on their own walls. It's an eye opener for everyone to see how each size looks. Especially when clients think an 8x10 is a big print, I can show them how small it really looks on their wall and guide them towards a more appropriate size and my clients appreciate that a lot.
Love the ease of use, all the preloaded templates and also the option to be able to collect the payment through the software. I would definitely recommend Swift galleries to all my photographer friends. It's really a game changer. The articles, lab reviews and live videos on Facebook are an added bonus and are very useful!
It would be great if the images are uploaded in order according to the file name.
Thanks for your review, we appreciate the time you took do give us this feedback and for other people to read your thoughts as well. It sounds like you may not have leading zeros in your files. If you're missing the extra zeros you'll see files in a different order. So you want something like ASmith_0001.jpg instead of ASmith_1.jpg. Please email/chat if you need some more info - we have a help document on how to set this up when you're exporting image files from editing software, or loading from your memory cards.

I have definitely sold more prints because of swift galleries. Helps me feel confident in my products.
It is really amazing. It just makes it so easy to show clients how it will look. No guess work and after I print and hang it it looks just like the mock up. My clients usually buy one or more galleries.
Sometimes my images are all jumbled on the left hand side when I go to choose an image to place ina frame. But I back out and go back and it is fixed.
Hi Whitny, thanks for your honest review! I'm so glad that the Swift Galleries tool is easy to use; there are little things more frustrating than spending time fighting with software. We have had some photographers mention the jumbled images on the Photos panel/tab. What you can do, instead of backing out and back in, is resize your browser window (just click and drag a side or corner). It only needs to be resized one pixel (or more) and the whole page reloads/redraws itself. That's been a fix that works for everyone but I know it's not as ideal as everything drawing correctly. We're rebuilding the designer from the ground up and I have my fingers crossed that this will be the fix! (Update should be released in 2019 for this.)

When it comes down to it, a business needs to make money. So all the fancy software needs to serve a purpose. When I started using Swift Galleries, my average print sale more than doubled. And my clients thought it was the coolest thing. So I’m giving a better experience and making more money with less effort. That, plus Swift does it all at a MUCH more reasonable price than some of its way overpriced competitors.
Ease of use. Ability to show any product I want. Built in payment system.
Needing to be connected to the internet. I do sales at clients homes and it’s a hassle to always need wifi. I can tether to my cell phone but if there’s bad reception then I need to rely on my client’s internet connection.
Thanks for your honest review. We're glad we could make things simple and easy for you (and your client experience)! And yes, cell reception or wifi isn't always a pro for everyone and we appreciate you noting that specifically!

I'm a real estate photographer that doesn't shoot many weddings or portraits, but the few times I've used Swift Galleries, I've made enough profit with Swift Galleries that I wanth to become a full time portrait photographer. The support staff will teach you how you can make q decent living with photography using Swift Galleries.
It is incredible to be able to show your clients their artwork on their walls before they buy, so there is no question about how great it will look. Swift galleries offers exceptional value with their tutorials and great customer service and they continually upgrade their product to make it even better.
Not really a con, but like most software, you need to take few minutes to learn how to maximize its use.
Thanks for your review! It's awesome to know that even minimal use of Swift Galleries has been enough for you, that it's worth using!

Clients are blown away seeing their photos at real size on real walls and it always positively impacts the sale. Perfect for those who have a hard time visualizing. The customer service, and educational materials are unmatched and have earned great brand loyalty from me and so many others.
Versatility, effectiveness, and unbelievably great customer service.

When you show clients their images on their wall in their home they say yes every time! Sales for me went from average $200 to average $2400!
The preset wall galleries and the ease of checking out.
I was not able to show just prints cropped for purchase, but was able to add them at checkout.
Hi Michael, thanks for the honest review. You're correct about not being able to choose images and crop for non wall art at this time. A workaround would be to create a wall art product for prints and load a room photo that would work for them and calibrate accordingly. Using Swift Galleries, I have been able to narrow down my product offerings. This eliminates confusion for my clients, and keeps the ordering process quick and easy.
I love that you can import a photo of a client's actual wall, and then create a beautiful gallery for them. They know exactly how it will look!
Occasionally I come across a group of products and have a hard time figuring out which lab offers them.

I wish there were more options for companies such as Simply Color Lab. I use their frames and they aren’t on Swift Galleries.
I love that I can upload a clients room to use! My clients love it too! It easy to change styles of wall art!
If I had to say something. I wish it was in app form too to use on my iPad with clients.
Thanks for the review! We pro-and-con'ed online versus a downloaded software and decided online was the best solution and was a solution not in the industry. Automatic updates, use on any device with internet and web browser software, use on as many devices as you want, automatic syncing between devices. That said, we do know that online doesn't work for best for everyone. With our newest update of users being able to export product files and send them to us, we'll be able to more quickly add other products not already available. You can, however, easily and quickly build products manually if you want to do that in the meantime!

Overall I think it is a good software and I appreciate that they have training available. The team is very passionate and I believe that they will do great things with it. I know there are other options out there for this kind of software and I am just not convinced that this is the best option. It is however, a very solid option.
The best thing about this is the team. They are very responsive and reach out to give you information. It has all the basic items that you would need in order to show clients photos and I love being able to create mock ups of what to show my clients.
It would be great if it had a project option. Also, it is a bit clunky to get used to, definitely have a few dry runs before you use it with clients! Also, it is a bit difficult to load in prices if they don't already have them available. If there is a better way, it was not clear to me, so I don't use that portion of it.
Thanks for the honest review! While we don't have a true projection option, you could load in a blank image, project it onto the wall when you calibrate, and calibrate the actual wall. Email/chat me and we can walk through the steps to see if it's a good option for you! We're happy to get on a call too, and we can go over loading products/prices manually if you want!

My experience has been awesome. I’ve been with them 3years
I love that whenever I am stuck in a bind, customer service is always available (within business hours). From the very beginning, I was provided with easy step by step instructions, video and course with how to use SG. I was never lost but always encouraged to push through as well as set the goal for my individual results.
I didn’t like that I had to go in add my own prices for products, but that’s me being lazy. Every should have the option to put in their own prices for product. SG even goes as far placing a lot of labs prices and mark ups in for you.
Hey Josselyne, we love having you around! :-) Thanks for your kind and honest review. And thanks for always being willing to give us feedback and reach out when you have questions!

I like that you have set this program up with several product companies so it's easy, to set up your product lists, design your wall art share it with your client and make a sell they really try to teach you how to get it set up and they do customer calls with you to help you with anything you need. Swfit Galleries has allowed me to give clients a visual of their photos on the wall. Gone are the days that an 8x10 is plenty for the wall! Clients are excited to be able to see an accurate mockup and be easily guided through their print size decisions.
The downside to this program is that it is web-based. Prior to every session, my nerves grow a bit, worried what I'll do if the internet drops out.
Thanks for your honest review! Yes, a con to having a web based tool is the necessity of the internet, but the pros outweighed the cons when we were deciding which way to go. I can help customers really see the difference between “just a couple 8x10’s” and a 20x30” canvas can make in a room. Most people don’t understand just how to visualize what a large piece of wall art looks like until you show them.
The feature that allows me to photograph a customer’s wall, scale it and show them exactly what a specific size canvas print will look like is invaluable. With a few clicks I can set up an entire wall gallery with their pictures to scale and show a client how it will look. There is no guessing involved.
I wish there was a snap-to feature so you could line up wall art perfectly, like 3 16x20’s aligned exactly at the top edge. You can usually get it pretty close but not always exactly. It would just make the gallery presentation a little bit cleaner. Not a deal breaker in the least, but would improve the aesthetics of the overall look.
Hi Daniel, thanks for your honest review. We hope in 2019 we can make aligning products easier for you, and we also appreciate all of your kind words!
