In general, Representative are incredibly gracious with their time and are wonderful at teaching and helping photographers grow - an incredible team with great enthusiasm and heart. Swift Galleries/The Path to Printmaker is a super reasonable investment to make in your journey to becoming a success as a high-end, lower volume professional photographer.
The Path to Printmaker course is worth the price of admission, in my opinion, and I have already recommended this to colleagues of mine. Representative is fabulous at teaching and the information they have put together is like “aha” moment after “aha” moment - and I have been in business for 6 years! Even when it is something I either know I should be doing or could have guessed, it is just put together so well and in such a systematic, doable way. The course content is easily laid out, well-thought-out and just super useful all around. Kind of a game-changer actually.
I really love that they have included things like slideshows and the ability to invoice - I have just been using other tools for these systems and they have been working well for me so far, so I haven't had the need to use them. It's a great idea to have it all in one place, though, and as this software develops and gets better and better, it might be worth just letting go of the other tools I'm using. Swift Galleries is a more robust version of their original Preveal which was also a game-changer for me. Unfortunately, I don't find it quite as easy to use in my clients' homes as Preveal was - partly because it was an app and I didn't need to worry about having wifi.
Hey Lisa, thanks for your kind and honest review. We love having you around and have loved following you and your business over the years! If you have other thoughts for us on ease-of-use in front of clients, please do reach out via email or chat. I'd love to get more thoughts from you!!

Love the slideshow feature, the "yes/no" viewing option, and the viewing multiple at a time option.
I wish there was a "maybe" option for the Choose Images. I also wish there was a color or star rating option for the Compare Images so that we can sub-sort their favorite images to order different products. I also wish there was an option to see 6, 8, or 10 images at one time between two lines (I usually just zoom in and out of the web page to get this same effect). I also wish you can choose to compare 2 or 4 images on one screen on the Compare Images tab. Sometimes our black and white photos have a red tint in Swift Galleries as well, which is bad because that is not our creative edit on those photos. I dislike how in the Compare Images screen that the counter at the top is not accurate -- many times have we gone through the Choose Images and accidentally missed selecting "yes," so there are more images in the "yes" pile than counted at the top. Lastly, sometimes the photos on the Design gallery are hard to see as there is no way to zoom in to the "display" they are on. Certain rooms work better for this than others just because of how easily and clearly you can see the photos on the fake walls.
Rachel, Thanks for taking the time to leave us an honest and detailed review. I'd love to chat with you about your suggestions for improvements - shoot me an email at hello@swiftgalleries.com or just reach out through the 1-on-1 coaching link in the community and let's see if we can get some of that stuff added in!
