Pros

It has tremendously improved efficiency and flow of our Taproom. We now have the ability to swipe a card and store credit card information; which is a huge benefit for those of us in co-op spaces.
The best part of using Toast is the fact that you can check in from any mobile device to gain access to all of restaurants core information. The UI is also very user friendly.
The online ordering, gift cards and rewards has made an impact on our business. They also back up their product with solid customer support.

Pros

Ehopper has awesome support, they listen and are very fast at resolving issues.
Been great printers work fine - and easy for staff which is very important.
We have a convenience store and the inventory management can be very helpful. Also the customer service is very good.

Cons

Their technical support is AWFUL. Every time we have a major support issue- now only does it take them DAYS to respond via email, but they almost always find a way to deflect the blame.
Before that, I worked in the industry for another decade. Ask ten restaurants what they think of Toast, and 9 of them will tell you how awful they are.
Install was Worst Experience in my 45 years in this business.

Cons

Worst customer service i had to deal with support team and he just hangs up. And also ignore my email.
D have to say the transaction warnings. I had paid for the full license but some of my cashiers (1 had 4), were locked out of the POS software.
Occasionally need to reboot system when unable to run a credit card transaction. Customers seem to have a difficult time with Apple Pay.
