Pros

Me and my staff love this program, we are a new restaurant and support has always been there to help guide us through. Baba q’s Smoke and grill made the best decision going with this pos.
I like using TouchBistro because is easy to use and has a lot of helpful tools. The customer service is great and every time I have a technical issue is resolved quickly.
It is extremely user friendly and we are able to quickly switch between different types of wine and our food section. It is very easy to set up specials of the day and happy hour pricing.

Cons

Touchbistro's inability to deliver on the dream they created. The amount of labor, money, loss of customers my business suffered because of this defective POS system.
First time it took them 7 HOURS to return my urgent tech support call - lost a dinner service. Next time it was 9 HOURS -- not only lost dinner... but we lost a lunch service too.
I really disliked the way customer service is set up. When you have an issue it's very hard to get through to them.
