Pros

We have been using Vagaro for a few years now. We have enjoyed the convenience, ease to operate, and love how our customers have enjoyed the friendly reminders and thank you's for their appointments.
The customer service reps, however, are generally pretty awesome and committed to resolving the issues.
Our guests love how easy it is to book online or from our branded mobile app, its easy to send marketing emails with great templates to choose from, and managing our inventory is a breeze.

Cons

I feel totally lost, like a have no control over my life, I don't know when my next appointment is, who they are or what they're having done! it's awful.
Difficulty booking couples massages or multiple services, getting charged for services we didn't used to have to pay for and selecting correct profile when merging customers.
Daily deals are not listed the past two months. This month I got charged an extra $10 on my monthly charge with no notice.
