Pros

We have been using Vagaro for a few years now. We have enjoyed the convenience, ease to operate, and love how our customers have enjoyed the friendly reminders and thank you's for their appointments.
Our guests love how easy it is to book online or from our branded mobile app, its easy to send marketing emails with great templates to choose from, and managing our inventory is a breeze.
I love the Confirming of appointments, membership capabilities, package capabilities, keeping track of gift certificates. I wish more pages would be an option on the website builder.

Pros

Ehopper has awesome support, they listen and are very fast at resolving issues.
Been great printers work fine - and easy for staff which is very important.
We have a convenience store and the inventory management can be very helpful. Also the customer service is very good.

Cons

I feel totally lost, like a have no control over my life, I don't know when my next appointment is, who they are or what they're having done! it's awful.
Ive only used vagaro and wanted to switch but heard so many bad reviews of other services and decided to stay and they have upgraded so many things that had me wanting to leave in the first place.
Difficulty booking couples massages or multiple services, getting charged for services we didn't used to have to pay for and selecting correct profile when merging customers.

Cons

Worst customer service i had to deal with support team and he just hangs up. And also ignore my email.
D have to say the transaction warnings. I had paid for the full license but some of my cashiers (1 had 4), were locked out of the POS software.
Occasionally need to reboot system when unable to run a credit card transaction. Customers seem to have a difficult time with Apple Pay.
