I love how easy Vagaro is to use. If I have questions most of the time the staff is very helpful some days very annoying but the system overall is absolutely amazing. Worth every penny!!!

What do you like best?

user friendly and for the cost it amazing. I wish it was a little more directed to massage therapy like it is for hair salons.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the new update so the chat option isn't as easy to use. The staff never answers the question you type in they always reply hello and then don't answer you forever. I have to call in most of the time to have a person stay tuned to my needs rather than me and who ever else they are talking with. So chat option is not my favorite
