VirtualQ is a cloud-based contactless digital waitlist platform designed to minimize customer exposure to real-world wait lines when visiting retail stores or restaurants. Customers can scan the business's QR code to join the virtual queue and receive automatic updates and alerts for their turn.

With VirtualQ, businesses can manage customer flow into their store or restaurant without requiring physical lines outside the door. Location-specific QR codes can be printed and displayed in store windows for customers to scan with their mobile device to be placed in the virtual queue. Businesses can set up multiple queues for different purposes, enabling the creation of specialty lines for elderly individuals, expectant mothers, and other vulnerable groups. Users can 'call' the next customer in line from their smartphone, and the customer automatically receives an SMS message which they can show at the door.

VirtualQ also enables the collection of customer feedback once their purchase is complete. Real-time updates through the native mobile apps for iOS and Android keep customers informed of their queue position at all times, including average wait times and details of which ticket number is currently being served.
