Overall, set up was very easy from our first demo through creating our first voucher. As with any software, there is a learning curve, but once you are trained on Voucher Cart, it's very easy.

The fulfilment is a bit hit or miss at times. There is unclarity about the the cost of postage especially if deadlines are not met.

Overall, set up was very easy from our first demo through creating our first voucher. As with any software, there is a learning curve, but once you are trained on Voucher Cart, it's very easy. You can use Voucher Cart as much or as little as you'd like for your business.

We have a great experience with VoucherCart. It boosts our sales and our customers respond really well with the campaigns we run through VoucherCart. The customer service; however, can be slow sometimes.

We can sell multiple vouchers for different products and experiences at the hotel, its all instant for the guest.
