Pros

I appreciate how they try to have all the features businesses need and they are constantly improving. I think there's a lot to improve in this software and I know they will get better in the future.
A very good software to use and great customer service. I would definitely recommend it to other related business to use it.
M happy with the software features and so fair the support has been very helpful and quick.

Pros

Ehopper has awesome support, they listen and are very fast at resolving issues.
Been great printers work fine - and easy for staff which is very important.
We have a convenience store and the inventory management can be very helpful. Also the customer service is very good.

Cons

The software was always crashing which was highly frustrating. Additionally, it was not user-friendly and was difficult to navigate.
We still have the same problems after long time of conversations and numerous attempts.
It is a little expensive on the pocket for smaller business units with limited features.

Cons

Worst customer service i had to deal with support team and he just hangs up. And also ignore my email.
D have to say the transaction warnings. I had paid for the full license but some of my cashiers (1 had 4), were locked out of the POS software.
Occasionally need to reboot system when unable to run a credit card transaction. Customers seem to have a difficult time with Apple Pay.
