Eleads got very comfortable with their huge customer base that no enhancements have been made in years. The version they have now would be great in 2007. They are lagging behind, they know it but do not care since most dealerships do not want the hassle of switching. 

Obsolete CRM. Do not waste your time.

I've been using eleads for several years. Overall, it's a good product. I have definitely used worse CRM systems.

We tried another CRM and went back to eLead1ONE after about six weeks with the other software. Their support, functionality, and ease-of-use is preferred over other CRM software. Is there room for improvement? Yes, with quicker response time to needed changes to our pencil, troubleshooting system errors, and I'd like to see more proactive contact from the provider about changes or improvements to their CRM.

you will not find a more complete CRM tool, it does everything... from start to finish...

CDK does it all: I have yet to experience another DMS that does as much - as well - as CDK has for the past several years.

This is the 3rd CRM I've worked with in the last 10 years and not the best but not the worst.

Some minor issues, but good response times from their customer service and tech support

Great Basic CRM. Email Marketing and OEM Manifest list uploads are difficult and could use some attention. Mobile App needs a major overhaul.

I have offered to talk to the developers about "how" something should flow - but they never discuss what we want the system to do. This was a terrible mistake.

Sometimes it is a pain working with support as you will wait for a very long time with no responses. Also adding new functions for a user can be a pain if you don't know the exact code.
