Pros

The customer service was great and they have been very responsive to answering any questions I have had.
Raptor is super easy to use, packed with features and it's integration with all of our other platforms is seamless.
Good experience, customer service always answers right away and tries to help best they can.

Pros

I love that you can document everything, how easy it is to track everything. This system is great and compared to other systems I use, this one still wins me everytime.
It's a great software for business. It help my team and I communicate more and as a team, we accomplish performing our tasks at a great pace.
Integration was simple, and the customer service team was helpful and great at getting everything set up. The product itself is deep and powerful but without being too complex to use.

Cons

Android app, horrible and limited many options not available.
Errors and inability to use because of these errors.
Some days we work we have to make 3 calls a day and there is no anough time to make them and they are marked as late task.

Cons

As a vendor scheduling repairs my only complain is confirming the location of the vehicles. That being said that may be more on an imputer issue than lack of the information in the software.
Getting everyone on board to move everything around was difficult at first, but that would be the worst thing about any similar product as well.
Sometimes we have an issue with vehicles not automatically updating into the software- when this happens it is very inconvenient to manually upload the vehicles.

Rapid Recon has been instrumental in our success with used vehicles. We can identify which steps within the reconditioning can take too long and address with our service team and vendors. Lots of information to analyze, will be extremely beneficial to your dealership.

Pros

This software is utilized by sales, service, and administrators. We track where the vehicle is within the reconditioning process, with ease.

Cons

I wish it could further integrate with our CRM (Tekion) - to approve/decline recommended service items.
