Pros

It is a good weekly reminder to sit down and revue your deals, good tool to keep accurate pipeline and projections. Very easy to use, good UI.
Aviso has been an excellent Opportunity Management and Forecast Management Solution.
Great for forecasting, however the User Interface is not the greatest when navigating the deals.

Pros

Ve never met a team that is so proud and excited about what they are doing, keeping up with the latest developments in the software environment and their clients needs.
You have the ability to modify the layout and it populates actuals which helps with analysis.
Idu-Concept is a great tool, it is user friendly and changes are quickly implemented.

Cons

Lack of product level forecasting/predictability.
From an admin standpoint, not being able to update hierarchy has been a struggle. Self service capabilities are limited.
A lot of information, many screens, and sometimes a little confusing (but I would rather have all of the options).

Cons

We have restriction with the break down of department data within the Sales grouping.
The set up seems very complicated, especially as an admin user. It is sometimes confusing as the same wording appears on different menus / sub menus.
We are constantly struggling to do full budgets as a result of our complex premiums and claims process and thus we can only perform and use certain functionality.
