Pros

Overall, it is a really great software. If you're looking to create beautiful proposals that impress clients in timely manner, Better Proposals definitely comes through.
Clients love the simplicity and design fo the proposals. I love the analytics and how it streamlines my workflow.
Also, all the proposals are beautiful and easy to navigate by the clients. Clients are always impressed when they view a proposal from Better Proposals.

Pros

But the most good part is customer support. They are all friendly and helpful.
Speed is my most like about this software. When i want to call its quickly fulfill.
First of all, we use this software with pleasure, allowing us to reach our customers with easy installation.

Cons

I feel management is very unethical on how they handle consumer relations and would not originally address the issue until I complained to go to my bank.
I put off using proposal template software because I never have enough time for new software learning curves. In this instance, I was totally wrong.
Regardless, these are a small number of features that are limited, so it's not a deal breaker.

Cons

The connection problems really hinder my job and waste my time.
The helpdesk is rather slow, it is not always easy to identify errors, the buttons get blocked in the application.
So many connection problems. I call clients in Saudi Arabia and Egypt from Istanbul and I never know what to expect.
