Pros

It has proven to be a very user friendly tool which has boosted the knowledge and capabilities inside our organization.
I like that it was pretty straight forward in terms of following tasks that were outlined for me.
What I like the most about brainshark is that it is a versatile and very easy to use tool.

Pros

I do not expect any such product to be perfect and the team makes this an amazing overall solution.
This is a great resource for us when identifying our prospects and also customizing our outreach to them.
Great product supported by excellent customer support.

Cons

It's a very meager video hosting platform - in terms of the student there isn't much to interact with other than what you're given, but the video player was awful.
We've had to use Internet Explorer as the main browser for this and have recently had trouble with newer computers not connecting via their internal mics.
The course catalog and transcripts tab in Salesforce can be clunky and unintuitive. Curriculum and transcript tabs are difficult to organize.

Cons

Only linkedin leads are useless for me. I know you can filter by email, but when doing the demos, you don't realize that many of the potencial leads are only linkedin.
Phone numbers were often wrong or just head office numbers. Didn't have a lot of relevant contacts for my use industry.
There is a lag sometimes, though its rarely happened.
