High scalability, smart way of track your goals and procedures.
Pros: usability & flexibility to set goals and reach them. Scalability is a huge deal with this tool. A nice way to meet sales and marketing needs. You feel outstanding support from the kitchen folks.
It's too expensive if you don't have an strong capital base or just have a few clients. Most of the tools may result complex when your team is growing.

Essential features of Lead Management, Prospecting, Client Contact Storage, Data Storage & Analytics, Sales Pipeline Management and Dashboard report facet helped me for sure. All these facets added to my productivity and enhanced my performance boosting Sales Growth.
Nothing found to dislike in this wonderful Customer Relationship Management tool. No area of improvement or betterment suggestion to the best of my knowledge.

Hubspot contains everything you need in a single software: editor, analysis and management. Hubspot is a powerful software for Inbound Marketing, but also to create and manage every contents you want in a simple and efficient way.
- Efficient support team - Good editor and design tools - Powerful CRM - It adapts to different type of sites/pages
Need some implementation in bot and chat mode, to swith from one to another in smart mode

It's been great because of the quick ramp-up time.
It took my team 2 hours to be functional on Hubspot. One month later we were all pros!
One or two things are not as obvious as some other features so some research is required.

This system is pretty awesome. The smart lists, forms and email system are perfect. I will say I don't care for their landing page creator, I've seen better. But the customer service is hands down the best I've ever seen. Immediate help, smart, intelligent, crazy friendly, and even know about other software! Love them.

more leads, more contacts. Ability to create custom fields for new content. Smart Forms and lead generation sharing with marketing and sales.
Ability to make lists, contacts, easy to export. Follow contacts through the customer journey. Make conditional email lists, add custom fields. Custom forms and ease of integrating new forms and lead generation content.
Need to learn a lot of the features with videos and ready the Q & A section to get a feel for the the dashboard. Customer contacts imports and exports can be tricky at first. Setting up analytics and integrating all the email components.

Very good. I use it for every one of my sites.
It is SMART. I collect more information than I realize because it knows what to do without me telling it.
It doesn't integrate with the email marketing service that I currently use so I have to export contacts.

Reporting dashboards, the ability to track campaigns, create "smart" buttons and landing pages which allow for a more personal user experience.
There aren't that many templates available in the template marketplace which suit my business' needs. In addition, I find that the Design Tool is a little clunky and old fashioned. Visual builders such as Divi (created by Elegant Themes) is far more intuitive and easy to use.

I again have loved every interaction with support. I can manage all of our contacts, they have it well designed, low cost (free option is the BOMB) and paid services really add value. Best value for your dollar.
Low cost software with a huge advantage of having on call support and constant connectivity with users. It’s smart and easy to use.
I cannot complain about their product. It saved our company from $1000’s in wasted contact dollars, it drove home client relationships with multiple user functionality and price was amazing. Love them!

Automatizing some processes, database of client information, filtering that client information to your needs, meeting links that create a contact in the CRM when meeting is set up, automated email sequences, nice e-mail templates that integrate to gmail.
The number of different functions that you're given: templates, sequencing, custom attributes, filtering, etc. If you're smart about using them they can really help you.
Despite the great number of functionalities, they sometimes don't deliver what they promise - for example threading when sending out an automated mail sequence. There's no bulk sequencing in Hubspot CRM as well. I understand that we want to keep it personal but if you have a lot of emails to send, bulking sometimes helps a lot.

The free version is limited and if you need to paid version of HubSpot CRM it is very pricy. Has a high learning curve.

We have been using a system that had been developed internally and has out lived it's usefulness. We looked at some of the top CRM vendors, all of which would have been great solutions but the deployment cost was so high that we couldn't afford to deploy it nor would the systems have worked "out of the box". We tried Hubspots "Free" CRM and noticed it had everything we wanted, the cost, even for the paid version, was very reasonable and deployment was simple.
Hubspot has many Pros but the mane Pros would be the deployment. Unlike many CRM's, Hubspot is designed in such a way that it can be deployed with out a $100K deployment cost. It is easy to bring your existing data in and creating users and roles is a breeze. It's a very comprehensive CRM wit hall the standard features of you typical CRM.
If a more customized approach is needed it can be a bit frustrating to get support on a development side.
