Pros

Excellent functionality to support large B2B organizations. Integrated into salesforce.com.

Cons

To get full value is not easy, often requiring significant process and system design, configuration and change management.

Salesforce integration Ability to create pricing at multiple levels Workflows for pricing approvals Ability to generate pricing reports

Not very intuitive Have some scenarios within our organization that are unable to use the tool. Mainly those that require bids and special pricing
