Capture by RingLead is a smart prospecting tool for sales teams. It's a Google Chrome extension that facilitates prospect research by capturing company contact information from web pages and entering it into the Sales' CRM.

Capture assists sales teams in conducting prospect research effectively and efficiently. Contact information can be collected from any source; online or offline. In just a few clicks, Capture enables company and contact information to be extracted from social profiles, web pages and search engine results pages (SERPs). Capture can then attach additional contact information, sourced from across the web before automatically moving it into the CRM, where Leads are either updated or created.

Capture is able to work with unstructured and incomplete data. It does a live web crawl, looks at multiple database and sources and brings back contact information that's complete and in one click, can be moved into a CRM. With the contact information that it gathers, Capture enables sales teams to build highly targeted lists.

Capture can be trained to work with structured sites such as social networks. Capture can also be used to work with a large amount of data at one time, capturing the information of multiple people at once. Additionally, Capture can also be used fill in missing spreadsheet data.

Stumbled across Capture almost 2 years ago and fell in love with the platform. Realizing it was only integrated with a few select CRMs at the time and being a Zoho Alliance Partner, decided we HAD TO HAVE this tool for ZCRM!! Capture is NOW available as a Chrome plugin for Zoho CRM with development in progress for Zoho Recruit too!! Capture allows users in sales, marketing, talent acquisition to pull lead and contact information into Zoho from anywhere on the internet. Whether you are profiling contacts on LinkedIn or directly from a corporate website, Capture is built to scrape tons of detailed information making the collection of Leads a breeze. And now with the new integration, you can import the information right into your database!! Exceptionally accurate capture of contact information!!

To upload and manage digital content online, for licensing purposes. It's a great platform to manage digital content and for licensing pictures for different purposes. Licensing pictures for commercial use has been a big part of our weekly activities and this software is a great solution for uploading and managing this content easily.
