Have to add +1 in front of phone number to work with Skype, not a deal breaker but more time. Changes are slated for 2017 to allow for a group/team format, but I just love it for what it is - far superior to my desk full of sticky notes. There is no option to import deals (only contacts). I had to manually enter over 500 of them.
