Pros

And the best part is, it happens within my Gmail Inbox. I do not have to go to Salesforce, but can review emails, opens, clicks, contacts, opportunities, accounts and more all from within Gmail.
Being an IT Administrator, I'm constantly looking at different ways to help my users gain productivity and integration with our other services. As a nonprofit, the price for this app cannot be beat.
Nothing there are a lot of other good competitors out there.

Pros

I've had nothing but great things. Customer support has been super responsive and helpful.
Tracking emails and discovering further statistics so important for me. This tool just does it the best for me.
The excitement of using a great product like Docsify fades quickly when faced with the seemingly never-ending issues with their software.

Cons

Customer support is terrible. No training upon initiation.
Very difficult to use, flight paths malfunction frequently, can't view templates alone, have to compose an email to edit any templates.
However occasionally the chrome add-on will conflict with other add-ons and there is difficulty with having the software program load up within the email program.

Cons

Every time I use it through my mail, it asks me to Login again and again. Also, on of the problem I faced was with the time accuracy of the mails were read and who has opened the mail.
I didn't find anything that I disliked regarding my expectations.
Actually, there is nothing that I dont like about this software. The training tutorials could be easier to navigate and there could be a few more video tutorials but overall no big problem.
