Clari is a cloud-based sales execution and forecasting solution which utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) for forecasting, opportunity management, pipeline inspection, and more. Native apps for iOS and Android allow users to receive real-time notifications, deal updates, and messages from their team, and to track and update forecasts on-the-go.

Clari’s opportunity management dashboard gives users an overview of all opportunities, and insights including when the next meeting is scheduled, progress towards milestones, and probability of winning each deal. Selling activity is captured automatically, with required input from reps limited to a tap on their phone, reducing the likelihood that follow-up items will be forgotten or neglected. Data-driven alerts generated automatically by rule-based bots are designed to nudge reps towards selling success. Message history is displayed in a timeline, with automated push notifications and past responses included. Active trouble tickets are also surfaced before meetings, ensuring that reps are prepared, and Clari also generates alerts when calls to past customers are overdue.

The forecasting system in Clari is shared between all reps, managers, and executives, ensuring that everyone is viewing the same figures. Managers and executives can use real-time rollups to visualize the impact of each change on the forecast, and the evolution of each region’s forecast can be tracked across the quarter. Real-time data import from Salesforce allows users to compare forecast to up-to-date actuals, and team forecasts can be compared with an AI-driven projection generated by Clari. Visual analytics give users insight into pipeline and commit trends, and predictive analytics generate a score out of 100 to show the probability of closing each deal and identify which deals are at risk. Users can also utilize the Deal Priority Matrix, which maps the likelihood of closing each deal against rep activity.
