We use Clearbit in a variety of ways:- Use it inside our prospecting tool to build custom intent signals -> F.e, prospect visited a high intent page;- Use it for lead enrichment inside hubspot and Chilipiper in real time (To know what is the industry, number of employees etc);- Use it with live enrichment to fill out information automatically instead of the user having to input fields (F.e, company name)
- It could be better in finding european emails. Enrichment of companies is on point, but lacks at lead level

Relatively easy to set up, and a good support team was available to provide guidance on how to best establish interactions.
Some of the feature sets could be linked more instead of sold as separate SKUs. We are able t partially solve our intended use case, but there are still gaps that need to be supported by other data providers.

One of our client is running a platform that requires Clearbit's performances daily. From capturing lead to information capture and management, for enrichment, etc. We are actually using Clearbit for everything. It runs super smoothly and respond with the right data when set-up well.
As any data activation / data management intelligence software, you really need someone to be a pro at using it. I know that in our company, it has always been the same team who has been in charge of it.

I have been using this for 5 years, and it's a reliable contact finder and a source of email for me. It's very easy to use, just integrate it with Gmail, search the company, and you can see the contact person with their email in the sidebar.
It does not contain all of the companies, but so far, all the companies that I needed to search for are available. I still recommend everyone to use this platform.

My industry can be difficult when it comes to finding ideal customers. Clearbit gives me the visibility and ability to locate an accurate email address (and sometimes phone number).
The data is accurate, and I love the gmail plugin to build out small but targeted prospect lists that help me reach my ideal prospects. I can quickly build a list of emails/titles and then start emailing/calling right away!
It doesn't have everything, which isn't a surprise. It's still a lot better than nearly every tool I've used.

My favorite part is the integration with gmail. It just makes lead generation simple and it gives me plenty of variety within the category that I search for. I love that I can access the lead's name, email and job title when possible because I can easily identify the best leads to target.
The data that gets pulled is often messy when you open it up in Google sheets. Sometimes I feel like I get more error messages than normal as well.

It is a powerful tool to find candidates email addresses and make our life as a recruiter to contact them.
It has a very limited result and the number of email credits per month. Sometimes it doesn't work or find the right email for a candidate or not 70-100% credible.

It gives all information with leads and position of working employees by searching just domain name in search box.

Helps autofill addresses and general phone numbers. Saves me a ton of time (we use their nuturing tool). Also helps definign employee count and other relevant company data that is necessary.
Sometimes the information is widely inaccurate but that does not happen too often. Doesn't always have company data in clearbit.

Easy to use via API, helps you get more data only out of a domain or email.
Straight forward API made integration with current system a breeze. Simply send in email or domain, and get back populated result.
Of course it does not cover 100% of domains, that is expected. But it would be nice to also have some kind of confidence score based on how they sourced the data - to get an idea of how likely it is to be correct.

We've implemented this product with Slack so that sales, marketing, and other teams can see the accounts that are hitting our website in real-time. We also use Clearbit for lead enrichment on leads that are coming in via inbound. The quality has been good for both, and when we do have technical issues the team is great at giving us a quick response so we know they are working on it.

It's hard to build distinct audiences in the platform, as some criteria options are missing (the ability to build audiences based on utm parameters, for instance, or to exclude one audience from another).

The overall experience is up to the mark.
The thing that I liked the most about this tool is that it saves a lot of time while prospecting. It is very easy to find the email address , phone number, LinkedIn profile for lead generation. It has a chrome extension which you need to install in your chrome browser and then you can just mention the website URL of the company whom you want to prospect and you can get the list of employees with their designation and you can choose the desired person and get their details in a click of a button.
I really liked this tool. I have not come across any issue yet while using it.

Clearbit lives inside Salesforce.com which makes it super easy to figure out contact information on a contact or company.
Clearbit has great phone numbers but not always available for all contacts. It is nice that it gives you more information on the company if there is not information available on a contact.

Clearbit provides me timely and accurate contacts at the companies we go after. This is a big time saver when we are searching for contacts that fall within the companies we go after. This is a great tool to use if you use an ABM approach for outbound prospecting.
I love that Clearbit connects to my Gmail and provides contextual sidebar information about the prospects I'm emailing. Combined with the ability to look up companies and contacts right in the Gmail interface, this tool saves me time and continually provides solid and verified information.

I get many extra info about leads through the Clarbit API.
I'm using much mo another solutions to enrich leads, but Clearbit: 1) very simple to use through the API or by plugin; 2) output well sctructured and quality information; 3) has fresh data about leads I needed; 4) has good documentation. Strongly recommend to use it.
Sometimes I get no extra data about leads which I requested through API from Clearbit, but I can found this data using another methods and services.

I thought it would be good to learn more about our customers/users with Clearbit. Was left disappointed.
The support takes 2 weeks to get back at you, but only if you keep following up. Several errors in the software and inaccurate data. The pricing policy does not mention overcharges (not on the homepage, nor in the term of conditions) despite this they will charge you more than it was promised.

Great that the platform is in actually Salesforce. You do. It have to switch screens to use it. Allows you to pull data in without leaving the screen.
Sometimes the data inside is old and outdated. It is also hard to see, because it is has a white interface and Salesforce has a white interface too, you find yourself going up n down.

Love using Clearbit to find direct dials and emails when prospecting. It helps to speak directly with the buyer and cut out time navigating phone trees.

Clearbit is beautifully designed and has an innovative seamless interface to manage business intelligence data.
Sometimes, the information Clearbit returns is inaccurate and outdated they could do a better job verifying the data that is returned.

I love that it allows you to find direct contact info for the decision makers in an organization. It really is helpful as a consumer as well as a business when trying to create new strategic partnerships.
I can't think of anything that I don't like about Clearbit! If I did pick something to talk about, it would be a nitpick ;)

Clearbit makes data quality easy. We've scaled our database and increased our data simultaneously.
Clearbit appends relevant data to our Salesforce Accounts and Contacts and makes it easy and relevant for our sales and business development teams to get data quick.
Not all of our contacts matched. Most companies matched easily but sometimes Contacts at Clearbit-known Accounts were unknown.
