I thought it would be good to learn more about our customers/users with Clearbit. Was left disappointed.
The support takes 2 weeks to get back at you, but only if you keep following up. Several errors in the software and inaccurate data. The pricing policy does not mention overcharges (not on the homepage, nor in the term of conditions) despite this they will charge you more than it was promised.

Clearbit has some of the finest intelligence APIs I've ever used. They are well documented, easy to use, and performant.
Great for businesses, easy to use, lots of integrations
Expensive, likely needs a developer to implement
