Closr overview

Closr is a real-time analytics, coaching and gamification software that offers small to medium-sized sales teams a single platform from which to organize customer interactions and visualize sales activities. Incorporating a real-time dashboard, automated weekly activity reports, and gamification badges, Closr aims to deliver a simple solution for inside sales.

Utilizing the real-time dashboard, Closr enables users to view up-to-date information on meetings, encounters, calls, emails, text messages, and new connections. Closr provides users with a native mobile application for iOS, allowing users to view and manage customer interactions on the move. From the Closr App, users can also call, email, and text as well as add notes, manage calendar events, and receive reminders.

From the Closr dashboard users can set, manage, and track personal and sales team goals through the use of awards, badges, and an interactive scoreboard. Users can send a smart link to team members in order to connect them and their Closer mobile App to the overall team dashboard. By connecting team members to the sales team dashboard, users have greater visibility into important key performance indicators (KPI) for their team.

To offer further performance insight, Closr generates automated weekly activity reports and daily performance emails. With Slack integration, Closr also allows users to receive automated daily follow-up reports and notifications about team goals, awards, and badges.

The name says it all. It brought the whole sales team closer, but not in the way you think. The gamification made things fun and challenging which sparked a comradery in the team that we haven't seen for a while. Very pleased!It's quick to get started for the whole team, it's not like any other CRMs or Contact management systems that are bulky and bloated with functionality you seldom use. These guys have kept it tidy.

A more happy and motivated sales team. Closr is fun and a great motivator for the whole sales team. It is also user friendly and easy to set up. We have achieved more meetings, sales and a better team spirit. The integration with is genius and helps the other staff to keep track on new sales.
